Whether you’re training for your first race or looking to progress your training into something more serious, personalised coaching with Jay Osborne will help you reach your goals. With extensive experience as an endurance coach since 2016, Jay is an Athletics NZ and TRI NZ accredited coach and Ironman certified coach. He’s coached over 500 athletes to finish line success and brings expert guidance to every runner’s journey.

 
1. Chat about your goals

We start with a conversation to understand your running goals, commitments and map out key events that we’ll work towards during your plan.

 
2. Assess your starting point

Next, we look at your athletic profile and the key elements we’re looking to develop for you.

 
3. Choose your programme

Based on your needs, we’ll select the programme that fits best:

  • Foundation Programme – a guided plan to build momentum
  • Precision Programme – premium data analytical option for next-level performance
 
4. Create your custom training plan

Once we’ve locked in the right programme, we’ll build your training plan to set you up for success – aligned to your goals, schedule and ability.

Foundation Programme

$40 per week

Precision Programme

$70 per week

  • Personalised feedback on your sessions
  • Open Athletic Training T-shirt
  • Ongoing coaching support during the week for any questions (via text or email)
  • Programme tailored to your schedule and adjustments as needed
  • Skill and technical coaching 
  • Weekly track sessions
  • Access to our supportive endurance community
  • Fitness testing and analysis to determine optimal training zones and intensity
  • Race Plan, and fuelling strategies to optimise performance on race days`
  • Lactate Testing available on request
