With personalised online coaching from Jay Osborne – an experienced endurance coach who’s helped hundreds of athletes to finish lines – you’ll be smashing your PBs and levelling up your training experience in no time. Jay will map out your goals, plan your training, and be in your corner every step of the way, so you can hit event day feeling confident and ready to have a good day. Let’s get after it!

How It Works

 1. Chat about your goals

We start with a conversation to understand your goals, your lifestyle, commitments and what you’re hoping to achieve.

 
2. Assess your starting point

Next, we look at where you currently are in your journey – whether you’re new to structured training or already have experience.

 
3. Choose your programme
Based on your needs, we’ll select the programme that fits best:
  • Foundation Programme – a guided plan to build momentum
  • Precision Programme – premium data analytical option for next-level performance
 
4. Create your custom training plan

Once we’ve locked in the right programme, we’ll build your training plan to set you up for success – aligned to your goals, schedule and ability.

Foundation Programme

$40 per week

  • Weekly feedback on key sessions
  • Ongoing coaching support during the week for any questions (via text or email)
  • Programme adjustments as needed
  • Weekly group swim, bike and run sessions

Precision Programme

$70 per week

  • A tailored triathlon training plan delivered via the TrainingPeaks app and web platform
  • Personalised feedback on your sessions
  • Team podium T-shirt for pre/post events
  • Ongoing coaching support during the week for any questions
  • Programme tailored to your schedule and adjustments as needed
  • Skill and technical coaching 
  • Weekly group swim, bike and run sessions
  • Access to our supportive endurance community
  • Fitness testing to determine optimal training zones and intensity
  • Nutrition and fuelling strategies to optimise performance on race days`
  • Lactate Testing available on request
